We aim to give you a boutique hotel experience during your stay.The house has been lovingly designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere for your stay. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.There are 3 bedrooms, one main bathroom and one downstairs toilet room. The Hazel Room is a large master bedroom. We can also set this room up as a twin room. The Alder Room also has a king size bed, and this room can also be set up as a twin room. The Willow Room has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, which has a high quality pull-out small double bed (4 ft). Bedding must be requested if you wish to use this.All the bedrooms have 32-inch smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided.We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.The lounge features a 55-inch smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. We provide super-fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining room has a large table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace.During your stay, you can relax outside on the outdoor furniture whilst feeling secure in the privately fenced, spacious garden.The front drive can accommodate 1 vehicle (no height restrictions), with additional on road parking (free, unrestricted and frequently available).Birmingham city centre is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Junction 3 of the M5 is only 5 minutes away. The popular and bustling Harborne Village is only 5 minutes away. Cadbury World is only 10 minutes away.
