The building is a grade 2 listed property which for the past century has been famous for crafting Jewellery. It has been newly converted in to 5 apartments which are finished to a high spec from an interior design team that has taken influence from extensive hosting and travelling.The property is an apartment with a living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.Bedroom 1 (6.55x2.51m):- 1 x Double bedBedroom 2 (4.34x4.34m):- 2 x Single bedsParking:Free parking directly in front of the building for 4 hours free Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm and full day free on Sundays and bank holidays, giving ample time to park up and check in. Secure paid parking in a parking bay starting at £1 per hour & £4.50 for 24hours is a 100m walk from the apartment. Further details can be provided after booking.There is full wifi, a washing machine, fridge, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, hot running water, kettle, hair dryer, toilet roll, fresh linen and towels provided and a storage area for clothes in each of the bedroom. There are 5 apartments in total and the communal space in between the apartments is free for everyone to enjoy.We appreciate that plans can change last minute and you may have additional guests staying after the property is booked. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as you know so that we can prepare the property and apply the relevant charges. The cleaning team reports on the property after each guest and the entrance of the property is monitored by the camera facing the communal area.Other things to noteCleaning: We use local, experienced cleaning team that specialise in short term rental cleaning. There is a deep clean of each property after 10 stays and the team is regularly spot checked.Linen & Beds: We use hotel grade linen and beds. The bed comes firm and fresh linen is applied after each guest.We provide basics of tea, coffee, sugars, oil and seasoning. Feel free free to bring your own milk and butter.
