The Hollies is a renovated, spacious home from home. It is deceptively spacious and from the outside you would not realise that it features an impressive 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This home has been carefully designed, with our aim to give you a boutique hotel experience.

This home has been styled to create an elegant environment so you can feel relaxed and comfortable with the luxurious touches that are provided.

You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Our large spacious kitchen features a centre island and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities you will require to cook. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and complimentary biscuits.

The dining area has a long table that can seat 12 people, where you can all dine and socialise together. The utility room features a washing machine and separate dryer.

All the bedrooms have 32 inch or 43 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided.

In the large lounge, there is a 55 inch 4K smart HDTV loaded with Sky Sports HD, Sky Cinema, Virgin Kids pick and Netflix. At the end of your day, you will be able to relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs, whilst discussing your next activities. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house.

Chill out and unwind in the large, privately fenced garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take in the view at the end of the day from the patio whilst relaxing on the outdoor furniture and socialising. In warm weather, you can take advantage and dine outside.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, biscuits and milk are provided. The front drive can accommodate 2 vehicles (no height restrictions). On road parking is free.

This property is ideally situated for those travelling or working in Birmingham City centre which is 3.4 miles away. There is so much to do in Birmingham, from shopping in the Bullring, to seeing attractions such as the National Sea life centre. You will be spoilt for choices. Contractors can travel quickly to their work in the centre with the knowledge that their home at the end of the day is a short journey away.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays, and can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath support at no additional cost should you need them. We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
