Access to the property is via staircase to the first floor.

The first bedroom overlooks Paynes Court and has a double bed and attcahed ensuite with shower, bed linen and towels provided.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom overlooking the High St, bed linen and towels provided.

Also overlooking the front of the property is the living room which contains a 2 person sofa, 2 arm chairs (1 reclining), side tables, electric fire (safety guard provided for little people) and smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering needs and includes a dining table with 4 chairs, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is tea and coffee available on arrival along with dish soap and some washing detergent to get you started on your stay.

The main bathroom is accessed via the hallway and contains a bath with shower sink and toilet. Both bathrooms contain toiletires to help you settle in.

Each room has an electric radiator which is controlled by its own thermomstat.

Being a period property, there is lots of beautiful open beam work on display in the apartment. The beam work does intrude slightly on headroom in a couple of spots in the hallway.
