Atlas House is a super duper 3/4 bedroom house that is perfect for you! With an allocated parking space to the rear of the house, there is enough space for a large vehicle as big as a van; we can also provide parking permits for street parking for any additional vehicles. It is only a 1.2 mile walk or 4-minute taxi ride from Derby Railway Station with several gyms, restaurants and a superstore nearby. It is only a little further (6 minutes by car) into the town centre. For those on business, Atlas House is situated on the edge of Pride Park and only a short walk down the road to Bombardier, London Road Community Hospital and Rolls Royce. The property can accommodate up to 9 people, with up to 6 separate beds. There is a comfortable lounge with a TV offering Netflix so you can put your feet up and relax after a long day at work.
