3 The Grove is a beautiful, quiet, and secluded, second floor, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in a block of 4 apartments in a converted house surrounded by gardens, trees, and greenery with ample onsite parking. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with only a short walk into the City. The apartment also benefits from having access to the river which offers a long and peaceful path walk.

The property begins with a set of stairs down to the entrance of the property. The property follows with a private front entrance, with the entrance hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms has ample storage for clothes and your belongings whilst you are staying at the property.

The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower cubicle.

The property then follows through to the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer with a separate dining table. The lounge has a large sofa and chairs, Flatscreen TV and Sky.

The Grove Apartments have ample, secure, off-road parking. Please note only one parking space will be allocated for this apartment.

Please note a maximum of two pets are allowed to stay at this property with an additional cost of £25 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Getting around

Free on street parking is available outside the property. Located within a short walk to Durham City Centre. Durham Railway Station is 1.2 mile away. Newcastle International Airport & Teesside International Airport are located within 24 miles.

Check in

Check in is available from 3pm up until 8pm on the date of arrival. All lets should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. For extensions of check in/out times please contact us directly. You will be contacted by the team prior to check in to confirm entry/ key safe details.
