This property is let as a serviced apartment. All bills are included including high speed internet, electricity, water rates, council tax, even tv license. There is nothing to pay on top of the monthly fee. The price also includes VAT and can be reclaimed by qualifying business's. Also included in the price is a monthly top to bottom property clean to include fresh bedding and towels.
