5) Quiet neighbourhood, shops, pubs, restaurants are in close proximity, with 3 train stations nearby, close to bus stops and easy access to central London.

Clove is situated in a quiet area in Chafford Hundred, close to Grays town centre, Lakeside and Orset, with good transport links into London (40 mins train ride) and easy access to major motorway and A13m / M25 motorway. Lakeside shopping complex is 8 mins drive, Grays town centre / train station is 6 mins drive, Chafford Hundred is 8 mins drive. Shops, restaurants, local offline shops, malls are a few mins away.

This end of terrace house is within good driving distance from local schools, shops, superstores (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, many more), restaurants, bars, petrol stations, fast food chains (McDonald's, Pizza Hut and many more).
