The Boutique Four Bed Holiday Home in Inverness offers guests a home away from home. Furnished to a high standard, this bungalow allows guests easy access to Invreness and the wider reaches of the Highlands while being out of the busy hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Ground Floor:
Lounge – The spacious lounge is furnished with ample seating for up to 8 guests, a large flat screen TV and a coffee table.
Kitchen – The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, a large double fridge/ freezer, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans and ample kitchenware.
Utility room – The utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier and access the WC and back garden.
Dining room – The dining room has a table and chairs suitable for up to 6 guests and a patio door leading to the rear enclosed garden.
Bedroom 1 – The master bedroom comprises of a king-sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, mirror and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 – The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and a dresser table.
Bedroom 3 – The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and a fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 – The fourth bedroom includes a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and a fitted wardrobe.
Main bathroom – The modern main bathroom is equipped with a wash hand basin, toilet and a combined bathtub and shower.
Outside space:
Front garden – The front garden is lawned and comes with free off-street parking for up to 4 cars.
Rear garden – The large enclosed rear garden is mainly lawned. There is a small decking area with outside furniture and clothes drier. Please note that the decking area can get slippy when wet.
