Summary

Traditional style family home in the Constable country village of Capel St Mary. With walks on the doorstep, transport links to Ipswich or a short drive from other popular attractions our home is the ideal base for relaxing in the area or exploring further into Suffolk/Essex.

Downstairs comprises of a generously sized kitchen as well as a large living/dining room. Snuggle on the sofa with a movie, host a dinner for friends/family/colleagues or cook up a storm in the light and bright kitchen!

Also downstairs is a spacious and modern shower room and the fifth bedroom with single bed.

Upstairs are 2 comfy doubles with plenty of storage, a twin and a single bedroom. All bedrooms have windows overlooking either the garden or the front flowerbed and space to hang clothes or fold them away into drawers.

Also upstairs is the traditional family bathroom with corner bath and bidet. Take a trip down memory lane with the 80’s tub!

One our favourite places in this family home is the garden which catches the sun all afternoon. There’s a pond which attracts wildlife, as well as a BBQ and table set for Al fresco dining!
