Our fully equipped kitchen ensures that you have everything you need to enjoy stress-free meals during your stay. We also provide laundry facilities, and for longer stays, we offer interim professional cleanings.

Our house is well located, just a 6 minute drive to the city centre. The nearest bus stop is located 1 minute walk away, with a 10 minute bus journey into the centre.

➞ As standard we provide the following during your stay - Individually wrapped Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and sauces to get you under way for your stay.

➞ Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.

➞ Check in time is 16:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.

➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys.

➞ We're like a hotel without staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.
