A newly refurbished, modern, and spacious, 2-bedroom flat is centrally located in Maidstone. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one if you are planning to visit Maidstone, as many tourist attractions in Kent are within a short driving distance. This makes the property a perfect choice for holidaymakers, corporate clients, and family staycations. There are 3 train stations in Maidstone that connect directly to London. Very convenient location for all types of holidaymakers. When you arrive at the property car park, the flat is situated on the 3rd floor. The guest is requested to use the basement lift to access the property/flat. Upon entering the flat, the first right-hand side door has a bathroom and toilet. There are two luxurious double bedrooms on the left-hand side, which are separate rooms. The hallway leads to the spacious living and dining area with free Wi-Fi, TV, and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen unit is located on the right-hand side, just before entering the living room. The living room and balcony offer a beautiful view of Maidstone town centre. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery. Guests will have access to the entire flat as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request extra cleaning during your stay. A quiet and peaceful neighbour in the flat. Please respect the neighbourhood, stay quiet, and enjoy your holiday. Local Attractions – Medway river boat trips and a day out walking to Mote Park and Leeds Castle are highly recommended. Oden cinema for movies, bowling and many attractions is just a few minute's walking distance. Eat and Drink There are plenty of bars and restaurants near the flat. The White House pub and Mughal Dynasty restaurant are just by the flat on London Road. Plenty of eateries are available in Maidstone. You may use junction exit numbers 5, 6 or 7 of the M20 motorway to arrive at the property location. Use A20 road from junction 5, use A229 road from junction 6 through Maidstone town centre and A249 road from junction 7 through Maidstone town centre. The flat is located on A20 road (London road). Parking The property has an off-road parking facility outside the flat. A 1 x visitor’s car parking permit will be provided for a 1 x car, which is required to be displayed on the car’s windscreen. The provided car parking permit to the guest must be returned back to the living room in the flat before checking out. There will be a charge of £100 added if the visitor’s car parking is lost/missing. Check-In / Check Out Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Travel Cot & Highchair A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.
