We will send you all the information you need the day before check-in. You can enter the property on your arrival date any time after 3pm.

Access is via lockbox, which is situated at the front door. The code will be sent at approximately 2pm on the day of your arrival.

Parking for 1 small car on drive, further free on-street parking is available - no permit required.

We live in Manchester & are on-hand to help should you need us, but generally we will leave you to enjoy your stay. You will receive all necessary information prior to check-in plus our in-depth welcome guide.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and pubs are all within walking distance.
