Hatherly Place is the perfect location for both business and leisure trips in the North East. Sleeping four guests across two cosy bedrooms. The house has everything you need for a great stay.

The living space is equipped with a comfy sofa and smart flat screen TV that makes for the perfect space to fall back on for a quiet evening, after a busy day out-and-about in the area.

The large kitchen area has plenty of space for cooking your home cooked meals. The kitchen has all appliances, utensils & crockery you should need for a great self catered stay. Complete with a dining table with space for 4. The kitchen leads out onto a garden for guests to enjoy.

Up the stairs is the two bedrooms. One of which is home to two twin beds, the other a comfy double. All our beds come with premium cotton linen and plush bedding to ensure all guests have a good night sleep.

The bathroom is home to a bath with overhead shower, basin & WC.

Our home is inclusive of free WiFi throughout your stay.

The property is in close proximity to the Teesworks site & James Cook university hospital.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A66 & A19 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
