This Luxury second floor apartment has been in our family for over 10 years and are delighted to have guests experience the space my family have enjoyed for many summer's. Accessed by x2 lifts in the building, this apartment is wheelchair friendly and pet friendly.The open plan living space comes with private balcony with seating for morning coffee in the sun. Big windows gives the space a warm and welcoming feel, allowing you to kick back and relax by the sea. Curl up with a good book in the armchair or catch up with your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The sofa also pulls out into a double bed.The kitchen area is fully fitted with, fan oven, hob, fridge, freezer,washer/dryer and coffee machine. Amble worktop space for fresh meals and the convenient breakfast bar if perfect for quick breakfasts on the go. The dining table can be extended for room for all the family or closed down to leave more living space.The master bedroom comes with a double bed, balcony access, smart TV and black out blinds to ensure the best nights sleep. The master also has its very own en-suite with shower.Bedroom 2 has x2 single beds and access to the main balcony . This room is also equipped with black out blinds and smart TV.The family bathroom offers bath and shower, with fantastic water pressure that we all love!The apartment comes with a free parking space in the secure underground car park. Guest are given a fob for the electric door to come and go with ease. There is also a locked storage room for surfboards, push bikes, prams ect. (please note all items are left at owners risk). A quick walk around to the back of the building you will find an outdoor surf shower.
