Summary

Beautiful house set by the side of the Grand Union Canal. Rooms look out on the fields, canal and garden. Plenty of off road parking and easy access to the M1 and A5. Watch the boats go by from the many windows in the house and see the many types of birds that visit the garden. There is a lovely snug living room to watch Sky Netflix and Prime TV and a lovely dining room with help yourself snacks, tea and coffee all evening, then breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is included in the price. If you want a nice walk it is a short walk to the local pub and delicatessen or just walk over the bridge along the canal for a nice walk in the crisp winter or warm winter sun. There are numerous bar restaurants in the area. Knightley Arms in Yelvertoft is within walking distance and there is a Deli shop opposite. There are 3 bar restaurants in Crick and one in West Haddon within 3 miles.
