High Market place is a newly renovated apartment with modern furnishings in Ashington. The ideal place to stay for both leisure & work. The dining table shares this area and has space for 6.The brand new kitchen has all new integrated appliances and fully equipped for your self-catered stay. There is a second dining space off the kitchen with a breakfast bar.Our place has 4 bedrooms. Three of which have roomy double beds with plush bedding and room darkening shades for a good night sleep. All have ample storage space for your belongings. The fourth is home to a sofa bed which can be kept as a sofa to double up as a quiet place to relax or can be used as a bed if needed. There is a desk & chair to use in this room should you require to carry on your work away from home.The bathroom is a spacious place with bath, overhead shower, basin & WC.Our place offers free parking & free wifi throughout.Ashington has a proud history as a mining town and the Woodhorn Museum, a former 19th century coal mine now turned museum and heritage centre is just 10 minutes from the property. A place that makes for an interesting day out.Woodhorn Colliery Museum is adjacent to the QE2 Park. A place for scenic walks & The Lakeside bar and restaurant.Newbiggin-By-The-Sea is the nearest coastal town and is just a 10 minute drive away from our place. A lovely location to go for a coastal walk and a day out.The apartment is just a 6 minute drive away from Wansbeck General Hospital.Ashington leisure centre is just a 5 minute drive from our place and has a 25-meter pool, spa, badminton courts, gym and soft play.Newcastle city centre is within reach of a 30 minute drive which is a great location for shopping, entertainment, transport links, bars and restaurants.The Metro Centre & Newcastle airport is also within reach of a 30 minute drive.
