Each room also includes an open-style wardrobe with wall-hung furniture and lamps for added space.

The apartment is finished with blackout blinds and wood flooring throughout (no toxic carpets), with rugs made from natural jute material, making it an excellent choice for allergy sufferers.

A parking permit for the communal car park is provided, along with sufficient free on-street parking.

Please note that this ground floor apartment is accessed via a staircase, as there is no lift available.
