Summary

Modern, light, incredibly spacious and versatile home. Sleeping up to 10 people, in 5 bedrooms, the house is in a lovely peaceful residential cul-de-sac, 2.4 miles from the centre of Oxford. There is off road parking for 3 to 4 cars.

Offering generous communal areas that are incredibly spacious. Its the house that just keeps on giving!!! A huge lounge, with 2 ginormous sofas, a large, HD ready 4k smart tv with sky. Attached to the lounge is the dining area, a huge open space with high ceilings, a table that seats eight very comfortably (the table can actually accommodate up to ten diners). The room has patio doors which lead to the back patio (lovely for the morning and early afternoon sun).

Huge hallways separate the communal areas and bedrooms so there really is a lovely feeling of space and light everywhere in the house. The modern kitchen, is a lovely space to cook in as well as a very sociable space to entertain in (the island in the middle, complete with chairs is a very popular place!). The kitchen comes complete with integral appliances throughout including a dishwasher, touch screen oven and hob and smeg washing machine, large built in fridge freezer and blanco sink.

Next to the kitchen is an additional lounge (the snug)/ 5th bedroom, with an additional TV with Sky. The snug provides additional sleeping for two people, on the comfortable sofa bed. Alternatively, if only one person needs to use this room, a single bed with comfortable mattress can be set up in this room instead. This is a good option if mobility is an issue, as the room is on the ground floor (there is also a wet room and w/c (detailed below) on the ground floor. Via the Snug you can access the large sunny, enclosed and private garden which is paved and lawned.

The property has a utility/ boot room area (adjacent to the downstairs bathroom) at the back of the house, with a hanging area to dry clothes and an additional fridge and freezer. From this area there is an additional door to access the back patio.

The property offers 3 separate bathrooms; a wet room with a Grohe waterfall shower and WC downstairs and a further bathroom, with WC, separate shower and bath as well as an en-suite upstairs.

The property offers 4 double bedrooms upstairs; the main bedroom with king size bed (and dressing table) is huge and could easily accommodate an additional bed in it (available upon request). Next door to this room is the twin room. There are a further 2 bedrooms, a double with en-suite and then a small double next to this. All rooms come with wardrobes and chest of drawers and benefit from super comfy mattresses' on all of the beds.
