The lounge / diner has a large sofa, a 50” smart TV, dedicated WIFI, games (located in the cupboard) to keep you entertained and a dining table and chairs for 4.

There is a fully equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, sugar are provided alongside other little bits such as clingfilm, kitchen roll to make your stay as easy as possible.

The main bedroom has a super king size bed (which can also be setup as two singles) and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. There is plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table and stool which can be used as a desk and bedside tables.
The second bedroom has two standard single beds (which can also be setup as a double), plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table and stool which can be used as a desk and bedside table.

The main bathroom is modern and spacious with a large shower.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Across the road you have Brotherhood Retail Park with loads of different shops, a Macdonalds, Starbucks and Morrisons supermarket. Alongside this, you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and takeaways literally on your door step.

The heart of Peterborough city centre and the train station is a 10 minute drive away. And it’s also in all central restaurant and Deliveroo delivery zones too.

There are two EV chargers in the pub car park next door.

The apartment was built in June 2023 and is in beautiful condition. We pride ourselves in presentation and cleanliness and present our properties how we’d like to find them if we were staying there
