With a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a private garden, the house blends modern comfort with a relaxed, homely feel. Sleeping up to 5 guests, it’s ideal for work stays, family visits, contractors, relocations, or weekend getaways.

The space
Step into a calm, well-presented home designed to make your stay smooth, comfortable and stress-free. Every room is set up with practicality in mind, while still giving you that cosy “home from home” feel after a busy day exploring Rochdale, Manchester and the surrounding towns.

A bright and spacious lounge where you can unwind, stream your favourite shows or relax with family and friends. Includes a comfy sofa, Smart TV (with Netflix), soft lighting and space for reading or working if needed.

A clean, fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. You’ll find pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses and modern appliances to make meal prep easy.
The dining area is perfect for shared meals, morning coffee or catching up on emails.

Each bedroom offers a peaceful and comfortable setup with quality bedding, fresh linens and practical storage space. Whether you’re staying for one night or several weeks, you’ll have a quiet place to recharge.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to all main areas of the property, including the living room, kitchen, dining space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the outdoor area. Please feel free to make yourself at home in these spaces.

Any locked cupboards or doors are for storage and not accessible to guests, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is fully available and easy to use.

Other things to note
To keep everything smooth and drama free, here’s what you need to know about staying at The Haven:
• This is a peaceful residential street with families and long-term neighbours, so quiet vibes are essential, especially at night.
• No parties, loud gatherings, or unregistered guests — we keep it respectful around here.
• No smoking inside the house. Guests can step outside if needed.
• Parking: Free on street parking directly in front of the house and across the surrounding streets — super easy.
• Security: The property has two outdoor cameras — one facing the front entrance,, one at the back — just for safety and monitoring the exterior only.
• Check in: From 3pm (self-check in available via lockbox).
• Check out: 11am so the cleaners can prep for the next guest.
• You’ll have full access to the entire home — living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and the outdoor space. Any locked cupboards are for storage only.
• The house is freshly set up with:
– Clean bedding & towels
– Toiletries
– Tea, coffee & basic kitchen essentials
– Fast WIFI

• Easy access to Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds.
• Metrolink Commuter Friendly. 5-10 mins to Rochdale Town Centre or Newbold stations (direct to Manchester Victoria/Piccadilly in 25-35 mins)
