The Bedrooms
Bedroom one and bedroom two each have two single beds. Bedroom three has one double bed with a dedicated desk and chair workspace, suitable for a laptop and second monitor.
All beds are made up with professionally laundered linen, included in your rate and refreshed between every stay. Each room has storage for clothing and luggage.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped for self-catering. Oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, complete crockery and cookware provided. Everything needed to cook a proper meal after a long shift without the cost of eating out every night.
The Bathroom
Walk-in shower, cleaned and maintained to a professional standard between every stay.
Entertainment and Connectivity
40-inch Smart TV for unwinding after a long shift. 1Gbps WiFi throughout the flat. Five guests on separate devices simultaneously will not cause any reduction in speed. Suitable for video calls, remote access, and high-bandwidth tasks.

Free on-street parking directly outside the building. Additional free residential parking on Eades Street, M6 6PG, approximately ten minutes on foot, subject to availability.
Getting to Work
Salford Royal Hospital is eight minutes by car, making this the natural base for locum staff, bank workers, and NHS contractors. Pendleton Medical Centre is two minutes walk.
Manchester city centre is twelve minutes by bus on the number 38 from Hankinson Way, eight minutes walk from the flat. Salford Crescent station is fourteen minutes on foot with a three minute train to Deansgate.
By car, the city centre is ten minutes away.
