Welcome to 75 Park Village. We are a family business in Sheffield. We are excited to present you our spacious 6 bedroom home and help you to enjoy our city and neighbouring Peak District National Park.

As you approach the property you are greeted by a front garden and a large, glazed entrance into the hallway.

There are 3 bedrooms on the lower ground floor complemented with a fully comprehensive bathroom. A full length mirror is in the hallway so no need to fight over one space if you're all getting ready to head out. There is also a utilities store containing a washer/dryer and all other household utensils you may need to treat the house as your own home.

The ground floor offers a spacious, modern, open plan kitchen with a double oven, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to dine in the comfort of the house, preventing the need to eat out every night or settle for the limited menu in a hotel. We have a dining area, breakfast bar and a cosy lounge area, fully equipped with a smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and phone charging station.

The first floor provides 3 further bedrooms, all bedrooms contain double beds, individual workstations, and TVs. We have wardrobes so you don't have to live out of your bag! There's also another, slightly larger bathroom. full length mirror in the hallway so no need to fight over one space if you're all getting ready to head out.

We have everything you need to enjoy the city, whether you're here for work or pleasure I'm sure you'll be delighted with our fully equipped lodge. As parents ourselves we have ensured the property is set up safely with no loose cables etc. we also provide a highchair, changing mat and a travel cot.

We have a small garden with seating out front but to the rear of the property is Norfolk Park with a kids play area and a nice walk amongst mature trees. Sheffield is known as the outdoor city and has more trees per population than any other city!

There's plenty to see and do in Sheffield and with the peak District only 20 minutes away there really is something for everyone.
