A deceivingly spacious home with lovely period features.

Being recently renovated throughout, you'll find a stunningly furnished living room complete with sofa bed to sleep a 7th person. We provide a TV with fast wifi streaming and an electric fire to add warmth and ambiance for those cosy nights in.

A social dining space with sofa, games cupboard and Bluetooth speaker creates an entertaining space - the real hub of the home, with some 'Sheffield' inspiration from our local artists.

We have an off shot kitchen with access to the back yard that comes fully equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and more. Being a true yorkshire home we also ensure that you're stocked with tea and coffee essentials.

The three double bedrooms are spread over two floors, all with brand new carpets and a fresh feel.
Bedroom 2 can be converted from a double to 2 single beds, just let us know how you would like this set up before arrival.

The bathroom offers a sizeable space providing both a bath and separate shower. You'll find a stock of toiletries and a hairdryer in the airing cupboard to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Towels for each guest are also provided.

The rear garden offers an outdoor seating area for alfresco dining.
Please note these style homes in this area have a gennel to back of the property to allow residents access.

FREE ON ROAD PARKING is usually easily available to the front and side of the property on this quiet residential road.

The cellar provides a usable space for storage of bikes and other items.
