The space
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious hallway. The fully-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room provide the ideal setting for shared meals and moments. A separate utility room adds to the convenience of your stay, offering laundry facilities for your use, On the first floor you'll find a comfortable lounge where you can unwind on plush furnishings after a day of exploring which includes a double sofa bed for extra guests.
Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Comfortable bedding ensures a restful night's sleep, and ample storage space allows you to settle in and make yourself at home. The two twin rooms include zip link beds which can be zipped together to form a king size bed if required.
With two well-appointed bathrooms and a downstairs WC, there's no need to wait in line for your morning or evening routines. Enjoy the convenience of modern fixtures and a refreshing shower or a soak in the tub.

Other things to note
Please note access to the private parking is through the automated gate under Melissa Terrace on Granada Road, full details will be sent. Once inside the parking the space for the property is clearly signposted.
The property is a lovely home in a quiet area, out of respect for neighbours we request that noise is kept to normal levels at all times and to a minimum at nighttime during quiet hours. No parties or events are permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel your stay should excessive noise levels or additional guests be reported.
