General Rules
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Check-in: 3pm onwards (It is self Check in)
Check-out: 10am Sharp ( We can arrange a later check out this will be at a fee and dependent on the cleaners schedule)
Please respect these times unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may use the garden for smoking, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No Parties or Events:
This is a peaceful space for relaxation. Hosting parties or events is not allowed. Neighbours have been advised to call the police should you decide to have a party on our premises.
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise to a minimum between [Insert Quiet Hours], out of consideration for neighbours and other residents.
Cleanliness & Respect
Keep It Tidy:
Please leave the flat in a clean and tidy condition.
Wash any dishes you use.
Place rubbish in the bins provided.
Garden Use:
Feel free to enjoy the garden, but do not leave personal items or litter behind.
Respect the Space:
Treat the property as you would your own home, and report any damages immediately.

No Unregistered Guests:
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
Pets:
Only if arranged prior, this will come at a Fee due to additional cleaning and guest allergies
