This is a peaceful space for relaxation. Hosting parties or events is not allowed. Neighbours have been instructed to call the police should a party be conducted on the property.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 9am , out of consideration for neighbours and other residents.

Cleanliness & Respect
Keep It Tidy:
Please leave the flat in a clean and tidy condition.

Wash any dishes you use.
