DETAILSThe Old Coach House is a beautiful Cotswold stone property hidden away in a quiet residential lane yet just a 10 minute stroll from Witney's High Street shops, restaurants and cafes.This traditional and quirky property, dating back to the 1700s is arranged to make best use of the Old Coach House layout and retains many of its charming original feature walls and beams. The generous space lendsitself perfectly for small group/family holidays as well as hosting smaller more intimate special events such as hen parties, family get-togethers and corporate stays. ALL OFTHE BEDROOMS HAVE THE OPTION OF A ZIP LINK BED- SO BEDS CAN BE SPLIT TO TWINS.LAYOUTOn the ground floor you enter a lovely country kitchen via a stable door. The fully fitted kitchen has a beautiful vaulted ceiling and is open plan to the spacious dining area. From the dining area there is a small set of steps up to a huge lounge, with a comfy corner sofa bed and additional sofa, patio doors and double windows leading out onto the sunny patio and enclosed private garden.There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, with a few steps up and down to each room.The Master suite has a super-king zip-link bed, (twin bed option), with a separate side room that accommodates an additional small single bed. This room has a shower en-suite and a Juliet balcony with a lovely garden view.Along the hall is the large family bathroom, with exposed Cotswold stone brick work, and two more bright and sunny bedrooms (one king size zip-link with the option to have a twin bed and the other a twin room). At the end of the hallway you will find a second staircase leading down to the fourth bedroom; another bright and spacious super-king zip-link with its own shower en-suite and access to the driveway.There is a patio with outdoor furniture and garden views.The property is set out as follows:Ground floor:Kitchen/diner: Well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need to hold your own dinner party, including dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, family sized dining table with 8 chairs.Lounge: Comfortable soft furnishings kick back and relax, flat screen TV with cable channels.Downstairs bedroom (Bedroom 4: Twin or super king bed option) with shower en suite, can be accessed via ground floor via separate entrance or via upstairs.Upstairs:Bedroom 1: The Master suite has a super king zip link bed (twin bed option), sitting area and a Juliette balcony with a lovely garden view, additional side room with a small single bed encompassed within it. This is on entry and exit to the master bedroom (just over the steps), the stairs to bedroom 4 and (if you are over 6ft) the beam in the kitchen.Bedroom 4 is not suitable for young children as it is down the second staircase - away from the rest of the bedrooms and the living space.No fireworks allowedWe kindly ask you to respect our request to make sure there's no loud noise coming from the garden/outdoors areas after 11pmCars must be parked within the driveway wall boundary and not obstruct othersUp to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed charged at £35 each - (must remain downstairs, not allowed on soft furnishings and dog foul must be disposed of in appropriate waste bins during and after your stay). The garden is enclosed but a curious dog would find themselves a way out so we advise owners to supervise them in the garden.
