This terraced 3 bedroom house is tucked away in a leafy cul du sac. With a large separate kitchen, a downstairs loo, open plan dining/sitting room there are French doors on to the private garden where you will find a shed and sunny patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles, (one with an en-suite shower room and the other has twin beds which zip link to become a king sized bed) and a family bathroom. Well-behaved pets welcome.
The space
Very close to the Basingstoke Canal trails and Brookwood Country Park.

One allocated parking space and ample free residential parking. Easy Access to Brookwood Station & Woking Station.

Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.

You have the run of the entire house and garden.
Other things to note
The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book.

We host contract workers or families who are refurbishing their own homes, waiting for a new home purchase to go through, who are between tenancies, or relocating to the area and wanting to take some time to assess the perfect spot. We love to provide a real home from home in these properties: fully serviced with everything you could possibly need – whizzy wifi and sharp knives in the kitchen, linens and towels, hangers in the cupboards and an iron and board.
