The ground floor of the property has a very spacious open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, LCD Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a dining table to seat 6 for dinner.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this standard including a coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is a ground floor wc with sink.Moving up to the first floor of the property there are two of the bedrooms. The first of which is the large master bedroom that comes with a tremendously spacious shower ensuite. The second bedroom is next door and features twin beds. The main family bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath with an overhead shower.On the top floor there is another twin room in the attic complete with drawer unit and clothing rail.There is a parking permit for use during your stay, charged at £10 a day, this will need to be pre-arranged before your arrival.The property will accept one well behaved dog but please be aware all pets must be kept on the ground floor area.
