For those on business, The Comet is only 1 mile (5-minute drive) from Queen's Hospital, 13-minute drive from Toyota, 6-minute drive to the Granary Wharf Business Park or a 10-minute drive to the Bretby Business Park. There is also an option for an allocated parking space (must be requested in advance) and many local amenities within walking distance, including several takeaways, a corner shop and a well stocked Sainsburys Local (0.6 miles away).
