The fully equipped open-plan kitchen-diner is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the spacious lounge offers a cosy space to relax, watch TV, or play board games. The large, peaceful garden is a sun trap, providing a serene spot to enjoy a cuppa or a glass of bubbles.

? RULES:

No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.

? PARKING:

We have free private parking on site with space for a maximum of 1 car

? Long Stay Cleaning Policy:

For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.

? Travel Cot:

The travel cot does not come with linen.
