LOCATION:

Prime Location for Exploring: Our home boasts an exceptional location – Excellent transport links with the East Lancashire Railway on the doorstep. Excellent transport links around Greater Manchester/ Lancashire.

MAIN BEDROOM:

Our master bedroom contains a king sized mattress that can be split into two single beds, a brand new smart TV and plenty of storage space.

SECOND BEDROOM:

Our second bedroom contains a luxury double mattress with more than enough storage space for two guests.

THIRD BEDROOM:

Our third bedroom two single beds on each end of the room with a storage unit in between. This also contains a large walk in wardrobe and a desk for working profesionals.

LIVING ROOM:

There's no better place than our living area. Whether you're diving into a book, music, or simply kicking back to enjoy a movie after a fulfilling day, our living room is the perfect place to be. We also have board games such as Monopoly to enjoy with friends / family.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. The kitchen also contains a large island with stools that can be used for dining/ socialising. You’re on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:

We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), as well as children's plates and cutlery. We warmly welcome pets; do remember to include them as guests as an additional charge applies.

Guests will receive a 10% discount for 1 week stays.

Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using self checkin.

- Guests will require to submit their Identity Documents as part of our check in process and sign our terms ans conditions.

- Please note that not all items displayed on the images such as face masks and wine will be provided during your stay. We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and fresh linen/ towels for each guest.

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.

- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).
