This is a beautifully presented 1 bed, 1 bath apartment on the first and second floors. The front door opens into a cosy and spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The newly appointed and cleverly designed kitchen has a small hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a dining space for 4 people. There are so many good options for eating out on the High Street you may find you never use it! There is a large flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge area offering extra sleeping accommodation for 2 people. Leading off the main room is a stunning modern shower room.

Up a flight of steep steps (not suitable for people with mobility issues) is a characterful double bedroom in the eaves with storage and hanging space for clothes.

Linen and towels are provided. A travel cot is available on request.

The property is in the same building as The Greig 1A. The two properties are perfect if booked together, offering extra rooms for family and friends. The Grieg 2 is next door and again offers opportunity for another room.
