Summary

We operate a seven-bedroom guest house located adjacent to the train station and a five-minute short stroll from Weymouth's beautiful sandy bay. Although we are primarily a guest house for families, contractors are very welcome to stay at our property. Suite 7 is our top of the range Penthouse suite, which covers an entire floor. The spacious suite sleeps up to five people, includes a large ensuite shower with wc and basin, smart satellite full HD TV, dressing table, free full fibre internet, and complementary tea/coffee. In addition, we also provide unusual facilities, compared to other local guest houses, such as a private under-counter fridge in the suite; a microwave, toaster and full-size fridge in the Communal Lounge. The Communal Lounge features a new tournament quality pool table and freeplay retro 80s arcade machine with over 2,000 games. Some of our more mature guests may relive nostalgic moments from the past with games such as Space Invaders, Asteroids, Galaxian, Defender and Pac-Man. We have added seating areas and spaces for our guests to enjoy their own food and drinks, and dinosaur themed stools and tables for toddlers. We operate a fully automated 24 hour check in and out system, so if you want to arrive in the early hours, you can let yourself in using key codes and via a private safe, for use during your stay. 24 hour check-out is simple via the key return box. We cater for families, contractors, couples and individuals; but no hen or stag parties. You can view our collection of real and rare fossils and meet 'Dianasaur' in the lobby, an actual cast of a small T-Rex skull. Enjoy our scenic wall murals and discover how to hunt for your own fossils using our lobby information and guides. NOTE: WE HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF PARKING PERMITS FOR THE SWANNERY AND LODMOOR CAR PARKS. HOWEVER, THIS IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. WE ALSO HAVE A DISABLED PERMIT WHICH CAN BE USED ALONGSIDE A BLUE BADGE FOR SPACES OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. ADVANCED BOOKING FOR PERMITS CAN BE ARRANGED. PLEASE ENQUIRE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
