Our guests are welcome to access the entire ground floor apartment and the enclosed decked garden at the rear of the property. They also have exclusive use of the designated off road parking space at the front of the property.
Other things to note
➔ Kindly note that our property does not permit parties, stag/hen gatherings, or similar events.

➔ Violation of this policy will result in a penalty fee of £250. Your cooperation in maintaining our peaceful environment is greatly appreciated.

➔ In the event of lost or damaged keys a minimum replacement fee of £100 will be applied.

➔ We ensure a 5 star hotel-standard experience without the presence of on-site staff.

➔ Each property undergoes professional maintenance and immediate cleaning post-checkout.

➔ Indulge in our premium offering of professionally laundered high-quality linens and towels for your utmost comfort and satisfaction.

➔ Security Deposit Information:
To ensure the protection of our beautiful properties, a minimum security deposit of £150 may be required. This amount is based on factors such as the number of guests and the purpose of your stay.

The deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation on your card. This means the amount is reserved by your bank but not charged to you. It will simply be held and then automatically released on the day of checkout, following our routine cleaning and inventory check.

For all weekend bookings and one-night stays, a £150 security deposit is required. The exact deposit amount is at the sole discretion of the Host and will be confirmed prior to your arrival.
