Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in the heart of the historic town of Lymm, Cheshire. Great access to motorways (M6&M56) it is ideally located for people traveling up and down the country and in between Manchester and Liverpool. The guest house is very peaceful and is a great alternative to any local hotels, you won't be disappointed.
The space
This is a beautifully furnished double room with en suite bathroom. You will have your own key for your door so that it can be locked if you pop out.
In the room you will find a smart TV on the wall with access to all the latest features ( Netflix, YouTube )
There is 6 rooms in total in the house, 3 up stairs and 3 down stairs.
There is 2 kitchens, one on each floor so they are shared kitchens.
We also have a communal open plan sitting room with a dining table and chairs. This room also has a large smart TV.
There is a lovely back yard outside with a wooden shelter that has been made with seating.
Guest access
You will have access to the room,also the shared kitchen and shared living/dining room. Also access to the back yard.

Upon making a booking you will be sent an online guest check in form.
We ask for this to be completed as soon as possible, once we receive this we will then send your guest guide with all the information you will need for your stay. We will require proof of identification to support the online check in.
