A wide range of excellent local amenities include shops, public transport, recreational facilities, both hospitals and both Universities are within easy access. A perfect stay for long or short term.
The Space
Best suited to longer term stays, the apartment is spacious and comprises of: lounge with plenty of space to relax plus a TV, a double bedroom with plentiful storage, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is, a dining table and chairs, a bathroom and a separate shower room. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. The Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the flat. All rooms are accessed from the hall.
Guest Access
Being a quiet residential block, you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
On-street parking is available nearby but it can be busy and sometimes tricky to find a space during the day.
