The town centre with numerous shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema and the railway station is all within walking distance.

Centrally located modern apartments only 1 min walk to town centre. There are great transport links, you can be on the M1 within 15 minutes and on the A45 within 10 minutes.

The nearest airport is London luton Airport(LTN) and is only a 45 minute drive. We are able to arrange an airport shuttle if requested.

Free allocated parking spot is available in the underground parking garage. Your permit will be ready for you when you arrive. There is also free on street parking for up to 2 hours. If you have multiple vehicles you can also use the paid multi-storey car park which costs £2 overnight and is a 2 minute walk from the building.

As we are located so superbly we are more than happy to accommodate key workers that are active within the hospital or any other near facilities. Our apartment is cleaned with high standards however we can also put extra hygiene procedures in place upon request.

The block has its own garden which is ideal to get some fresh air or simply have a walk.

Other things to note:

The apartment building is equipped with security cameras in common areas such as the corridors and lobby for the safety and security of everyone. These cameras are monitored solely by the building security. No cameras or audio recordings inside the flat.
