Located in the popular Holburn area, you have everything you need close by including fantastic transport links, shops, cafes, bars and attractions. You can take in a show at the theatre and explore the beachfront at your leisure.

Our comfortable and stylish apartment will be your home away from home, whether travelling for business or pleasure.
The space
The modern and freshly renovated kitchen space is packed with all essentials, including a washing machine so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.

There is a comfortable sofa and large TV in the lounge to sit back and relax during your stay as well as a freshly renovated, clean bathroom with large walk in shower to help you refresh.

The quiet bedrooms all feature large wardrobes so you can make yourself at home.

Here at SJA Stays we love to provide a 5 STAR ***** service for every one of our guests. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay - ideal for travelling, business trips or family events.

Please note there is designated parking available for SMALL CARS ONLY to the rear of the property however SJA Stays is not liable for any damages if you attempt to drive through the narrow tunnel (1.95m Wide 2.4m High) . If your vehicle is too large for the tunnel you can park for free just round the corner on Holborn road where space is available. If there are no spaces on Holburn road we recommend parking on Fonthill road which is free from 8pm to 6am.
