Registered companies that pass our credit partner's checks can use free credit in two ways: pay-later terms of net 30 days from your normal due date on each payment request, or a trade account with one monthly statement, payable 14 days after month end, for all the nights stayed that month. Without a trade account, each booking has one payment request, even across several properties, and long stays get monthly payment requests.

Yes. We offer trade accounts on accommodation. You get one monthly statement covering all the nights stayed across your bookings that month, with payment due 14 days after the month ends. It is free of charge and available to registered companies that pass our credit partner's checks.

Absolutely! We have a bespoke sourcing service to help you find the accommodation you need. This could simply be availability in a given area or managing logistics for a complex, large scale project.

Parking depends on the property. It may be secure, private, on-street or public, is shown in each property's details, and you can ask for parking, including van parking, when you send your request.

If you are accommodating large teams being in a hotel can prove costly. Serviced apartments and houses mean your team can stay together with private living areas. You also save on hospitality as kitchens are fully equipped.

Yes! We know you work away most weeks and return home to see your friends and family each weekend. Booking for weekdays, Monday to Friday are absolutely fine.

Yes you can. We understand that many jobs last more than a single week and that is why we make it easy to book for longer period of time. This also includes weekly Monday to Friday.

Yes! We make it easy for you to book multiple properties at the same time - either the same week in multiple locations or multiple properties in the same location.

The price of your accommodation depends on the location, duration and quality of accommodation you choose for your workforce. All prices are quoted as fully inclusive either per person per night, nightly or for the total stay.

Pppn stands for price, Per Person Per Night. It is commonly used for budgeting accommodation for contractor teams or employee accommodation.
