What We Do
Becoming a host is quick and easy – no upfront fees, no commitment and no hassle. We believe hosts should always get to decide if they should take a booking and be in control of their pricing. Our commission fee is simple – 15% (+VAT) of the agreed booking price. No booking equals no cost to you.

Hosts matching these criteria are notified and submit an offer to the guest.
Guest Selected Accommodation
The guest makes a selection on accommodation and the booking is confirmed.

On long stays, this is monthly.
