The property is set up specifically for working guests rather than holidaymakers — everything is in place for stays of a few nights to several months, and guests arrive needing to bring nothing but food.

Bedrooms

Two separate bedrooms: one double, one single. Two workers each get their own room rather than sharing, which suits crews and colleagues travelling together. Beds are made up on arrival and all bed linen and towels are provided. [Storage: wardrobe and drawers in both rooms.]

Kitchen, laundry and living space

The kitchen is fully fitted and completely stocked — utensils, crockery, cookware, glassware and everything needed to cook properly rather than live on takeaways. [Fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster.] A washing machine and a tumble dryer are on site, which matters on longer stays and for anyone coming back off site in wet weather. [Separate living area with seating and a smart TV.] One bathroom [with shower over bath / walk-in shower].

Working from the property

100 Mbps broadband throughout, comfortable for video calls, remote working and multiple devices at once. [Dining table suitable for laptop work / dedicated desk and chair.]

Parking and access

Allocated off-street parking, with space for a Transit-sized van. Entry is by electronic keycode, so there is no key handover and no fixed check-in window — guests can arrive at any hour, which suits shift patterns, late finishes and long drives. Codes are issued in advance and changed between bookings.

Location and travel

Aylesbury town centre is a few minutes away for supermarkets, shops and food. The A41 runs past the door towards Aston Clinton, Tring, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead, joining the M25 at Junction 20. The A413 heads south towards Amersham and the M40.

Stoke Mandeville Hospital is roughly two miles away. Aylesbury station runs direct to London Marylebone with Chiltern Railways in around an hour, and Aylesbury Vale Parkway is a short drive. Milton Keynes is around 25 minutes, with Silverstone, Bicester and the Buckinghamshire HS2 works all within comfortable commuting distance.
