Welcome to our beautiful house in Basildon. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your stay one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find 2 single beds which can be also be converted to a king bed if required.
In the next bedroom, there is another set of 2 single beds which can be a King size bed if required.
The third bedroom contains a single bed with a desk and chair.
The sofa bed can also be converted to a double bed if an extra sleeping bed is required.


There are 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
There is a guest toilet downstairs with sink.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are multiple free off-street parking within close proximity of the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
