Accidents happen, and we appreciate your honesty. Please report any damages promptly. Minor breakages are usually not charged, while significant damages will be discussed and agreed upon, and may be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including vaping. Any breach of this rule will result in a fine.

PETS

THEFT
Any removal of items from the property will result in a charge.
