• SECURITY DEPOSIT: £150 | We kindly ask that you follow all house rules and guidelines provided for your stay. Non-compliance may result in a full deduction of your security deposit. These measures are in place to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
• CHECK-IN: After 3 PM | CHECK-OUT: Before 11 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement (£15/hour if not agreed)
• Replacement key cost: £250

Our property is situated in a quiet residential community that many people call home. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. To maintain a calm environment, please keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. A noise monitoring device is in place to help us manage volume levels. If noise exceeds acceptable limits, we’ll be notified. Repeated disturbances may result in action being taken under a three-strike policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
