The two main bedrooms feature flexible zip-link beds, allowing them to be prepared as either two singles or one super king. This makes the house equally suitable for colleagues travelling together, couples and families.

Residential property

The home is located in a residential area. Guests are expected to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Airport location

The property’s convenient location near Birmingham Airport means that occasional aircraft noise may be heard. This will vary depending on flight routes and operating conditions.

Smoking

Strictly no SMOKING inside the property.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £400 charge.

Lost Keys:

Loss or non-return of keys/fobs will result in a £60 replacement charge. ✨
