1) Guests aged 18+ must provide a valid photo ID (Driving licence/Passport).
2) Refundable Deposit required - £200 prior to check in.
3) Booking terms and conditions must be signed prior to check in.
4) The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests.
5) No smoking is permitted inside the house.
6) No parties allowed.
7) The property is in a residential area, and you should refrain from excessive noise between 10pm - 8am.
Note: This property has a noise detection device installed to monitor the noise level. If excessive noise is detected you will be notified, if this persists it may result in the termination of the booking without a refund.
8) The check in time is 4pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
