This beautiful two-bedroom apartment in central Bournemouth is perfect for comfy living while away from home. The newly renovated property offers two generous bedrooms, an open plan living / dining room, well-stocked kitchen (including dish-washer and washing machine) plus two bathrooms.

The property is close to various attractions, restaurants, pubs, shops and public transport, allowing guests to experience the city fully. There is also a dedicated parking space and step-free access.

The apartment has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a deluxe double bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed that can easily be turned into two singles. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and anti-allergy bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.

And for those seeking some fresh air while away from home, the apartment is just minutes from the Blue-flag golden sandy beaches of Bournemouth. Take your morning stroll, or evening run along the promenade or clifftops with the breeze in your hair.

You'll have access to 2x Smart TVs, free wifi, books, and games as well as a private courtyard. (Please note the courtyard is accessed via a small pathway - it is not directly connected to the property.)

Guest access
Accessed via a private (ground-floor) entrance using a secure lockbox. Guests will have access to the entire home.

Please note that there is a security camera outside of the property.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
