As you enter this welcoming home you will walk through a short entrance hall and into the light filled, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area. The living room has two big comfortable sofas and a new smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fitted dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and toaster.


The dining table is extendable and can seat up to eight people.

 There is WC located on the right of the entrance hall. A walk in understairs store contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and the full bathroom on the
first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has a double bed with a single bunk on top. Both have hanging rails and a chest of drawers.

The spacious bathroom has a separate shower, full sized bath, toilet and sink.

 A second staircase will take you to a large attic room with lovely views across town. Here you will find a comfortable king size bed and hanging rail and chest of drawers for storage.



There is a small courtyard outside the dining room doors with bench, patio table and chairs. This is the perfect for a spot to enjoy your morning coffee under a small apple tree. With thoughtful details throughout, you are guaranteed to have a comfortable stay in this recently renovated property, boasting warm insulation and many new doors and windows.

There are regular bus services that travel direct to Bath or Salisbury from the bus stop across the road. Well connected train services to London, Bristol, Cardiff and the south coast from the train station in the heart of town. Bradford on Avon is known for its lovely canal with pleasant walks to Bath or in a London direction, its abundant cafes and eateries, plus the charming independent shops.
